Doreen Esparza
I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in accounting and tax compliance. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of corporate clients helping them navigate financial challenges and meet their compliance obligations with confidence.
My career has also included leadership roles in international financial operations, where I served as an Operations and Accounting Manager, providing me with a broader perspective on business management and financial strategy. I work closely with small businesses, startups, and international corporations, tailoring accounting solutions to meet their unique needs.
At Esparza CPA & Associates PA, my mission is to empower business owners and individuals with the financial tools and insights they need to succeed. I believe in building strong relationships with my clients, grounded in trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of their financial goals. My approach combines personalized service with cutting-edge technology, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights for every client.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back to my community as a born and raised South Floridian through volunteering, which allows me to connect with others and make a positive difference. When I’m not working or volunteering, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my energetic dogs and cats, who keep me on my toes and add plenty of laughter to my days.

Jennifer Barker is a seasoned accounting professional who has worked closely with Doreen since 2015. She has been part of the accounting field for over 20 years, building a wealth of experience at a CPA firm since her college years.
Born and raised in South Florida, Jennifer cherishes her time with her husband, two children, and their beloved dog. Together, they enjoy traveling, exploring Disney, and visiting the beautiful springs in Central Florida. Jennifer’s dedication to her profession and her family reflects her well-rounded approach to life and work, making her an integral part of the team.

Natalia Ardasheva

Natalia Ardasheva is a seasoned Senior Accountant with over a decade of professional experience and a strong foundation in academic research. Her advanced studies in accounting, including a Ph.D. program at the University of Central Florida, reflect her commitment to continuous learning and expertise in the field.
Since 2012, Natalia has worked closely with Doreen, fostering a collaborative and trusted professional relationship. At ECPA, Natalia’s academic expertise is being leveraged to develop educational curriculums for clients. These include a program focused on providing basic bookkeeping knowledge and a separate curriculum designed for mastering QuickBooks Online, empowering clients to better understand and manage their financial records.
Outside of her professional role, Natalia loves traveling the world and embraces a simple lifestyle, allowing her to maintain an excellent work-life balance. Her unique blend of professional skills, academic insight, and dedication to client education makes her an invaluable member of the ECPA team.
